Dave is a graduate of McMaster University in Economics and has been living in Toronto most of his life. Dave's passion when not working is spent hanging out with family, enjoying the outdoors, playing sports, watching a good film or traveling around the world with a curiosity to explore different cultures and historic places and if he can squeak in a ski, a hike, a dive, a swim, a round of golf or a surf all the better.

Both professionally and personally, Dave has experienced a lot in real estate. His experience as a homeowner, landlord and home renovator in the Toronto area has aided Dave with his hands-on knowledge to help others to buy Condos, townhomes, fixer uppers or beautifully renovated dream homes. Over this time, his honesty, integrity and tenacious spirit have helped him achieve success for himself and his clients while building a diverse understanding of the local real estate industry.
